Mental health and wellbeing support for the creative industries

There is a mental health crisis across the creative industries, a workforce at its lowest ever point psychologically, and a lack of support available for those who need it most.

Our Vision

Our vision is an industry in which every organisation, production and individual has access to mental health and wellbeing support, where those who struggle with personal and / or professional issues can share their experiences without fear of judgement or consequence, awareness and understanding of mental health issues is vastly improved, and the root causes of poor mental health in the workplace are addressed.

What We Do

  • Help organisations to look after the mental health and wellbeing of their staff (including freelancers) through our industry specific Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), which provides access to counselling, coaching, workshops, resources and much more
  • Provide wellbeing support to theatre, film and TV productions using our team of specialised Wellbeing Practitioners who will ensure that everyone has access to the care they need, whilst helping to minimise the risk of losing performances, filming days or key cast and crew members to mental ill health
  • Offer a clear pathway for individuals to self-refer into our service and access our diverse range of over 125 trainee and experienced Counsellors and Coaches from as little as £25 per session with no waiting lists
  • Aim to raise awareness around mental health and wellbeing issues in the industry and campaign for the positive change that is needed to ensure that the creative industries become a mentally healthier place to work in the future
